HP's first response
I have been in contact with HP to make my case. I've done since the form can be found on HP's website in the support section of the support option online. HP responds
email saying the team is fura guarantee that this repair be done on a budget. That call 952028677 to manage the repair.
I call the number and I answered the department of "non-warranty repairs." I expose my case and told me to call the 902010059 which are secured desk and they now tell me if there is any extended warranty to cover this defect. This issue
ask me all the details of equipment and the operator tells me that if a manufacturing defect, HP does an extended warranty for that problem. After consulting his book informs me that is not aware of any defect in this model of laptop that can benefit from the extended warranty.
From the same department I suggest making a complaint, but I do not go with anyone or give me any number to call. The complaint has to do from the support site of HP in the "other questions, comments or suggestions."
The complaint is made. Now have to wait.
