This Saturday I had planned to participate in the first test of outdoor track in the 400 meters that would be held on the athletics track of Chiclana.
Unfortunately and due to bad weather which provided the test was stopped.
I already had the body prepared for the competition so take advantage of the afternoon was played in Chiclana also popular career Garcia Gutierrez and participate in it.
The test is slightly more than 7 km of travel at a street circuit that has to be given 3 laps. I already knew the circuit for other years and also I liked the tour so do not hesitate a moment to register and take advantage of Saturday afternoon to shoot fort and in company and anyway would take to make a shoot of about 8 kms solo best to do it surrounded by friends and colleagues without any pressure.
The race has two small climbs which are then offset by corresponding decreases so that it is not hard at all.

The funny thing is that I made up some time for that workout, 29.35 even in my category so I Veteran C 9 ยบ nivelazo which speaks of that between the old athletes hehe.
Hopefully the next check is in the South Bay stadium one of my favorite tracks so you can see my pace on the fourth day of the Andalusian side and nationally.
