The European Parliament , commemorates
1 anniversary of the Black Community NLP .
Madrid .- The February 17, 2010 at the request of the Pan African Federation of Black Communities of Spain and under the resolution and plan to monitor the UN Conference in Durban, South Africa 2001 Chincha, Peru 2006: the English courts by The commission unanimously approved the motion equality law to recognize the English Black Community.
El histórico texto incluye la condena y perdón por la participación de España en el colonialismo, tráfico de esclavos y como estrategia de lucha contra el racismo y la defensa de los DDHH insta al las diferentes administraciones a implementar políticas de acción afirmativa hacia la comunidad negra. El origen de la PNL esta, en el Movimiento por los DDHH encabezado por Dr. Alfons Arcelin para retirar de un museo de Banyoles a un negro -ser humano- en disecado.
En el marco del 2011 año mundial de la africanodescendencia ONU, el próximo día 17 de Febrero (MES DE LA HISTORIA NEGRA) el Parlamento Europeo os convocamos, para festejar dicha resolución. En el acto se homenajeará con el prestigioso Emilio Castelar prize award given by the Pan Africanist Federation of distinguished personalities from the worlds of culture, sports, excelling in defense of human rights and CAUSE FOR BLACK.
