CROSS THE MUDDY SAN SILVESTRE DE ROTA
This Sunday was held at the Cross Chiclana de la Barrosa. It is the first year participate more compatible with the track. Is good to work towards strengthening the quadriceps and the 400. Other years I had commented on the hardness of travel and so terrible cold that had passed. We left Cadiz early and the day was a bit cloudy, but nothing to worry about as they saw the sun at times. But to take the highway to chiclana once spent three roads began to drop a water spout such that neither the wipers were overwhelmed to see the road, in fact the cars were stopping and turning even the emergency lights because curtain could not see the road.
I put in the left lane and follow my progress in a straight line or meno ma until I could glimpse the huge hailstones camino.Calleron, but entering Chiclana began to clear and the sun so I thought I could use water to compact the sand beach of course also, a Cross without mud and puddles?
There I met up with fellow brothers Zebulon and other bodeguiles carreriles feelings.
also met Miguel but we barely had time to chat as it was ran as fast as haha, a monster who made 6 of the general.
felt no pressure at the exit so I was in top form and without strain, the failure was that I got caught between a sea of \u200b\u200brunners prevented me pick up the pace or progress to the middle of the first round of the three that comprised the test. Were it not so, I would be very much later because I was very strong and I was still so until the last lap.
Anyway, enjoy overtaking, drifting through the mud, and others pushing and shoving between the tide of runners, I am made for this.
the end had a great race before, during and after a great picnic and did I tell you to run.
Finish with a time of 35.01 which gives me the same thing for a circuit of more than 8 kms. The culprit is the first round, but hey who cares.
This next weekend is the final indoor track in San Fernando in the Latin American Stadium so there is where you have to rock in the fourth and the 200. The next day we left early to make the Cross of Italica, I hope enjoy it as much as this.
